Demoraliser is a 5 piece Metal / Hardcore band from Grimsby, UK in the vein of Bury your Dead, For The Fallen Dreams and The Acacia Strain. The band formed in June 2010 and within 2 months had unleashed their debut Ep 'Reform, Repent, Revenge' for free download online and was accompanied by the video for 'Checkmate' which went viral almost instantly. The band then set about touring up and down the country playing every show that was offered to them, This helped to hone the live sound that exists today. Demoraliser's second offering came in the form of 'Conveyance' which features 5 tracks that are not only punishingly heavy but packed with melodic groove. Following this the band also released a split with fellow Grimsby band 'The Departed' which features 2 tracks from each and a music video for the track 'Bitter Springs' which was launched in the UK and in the US via Blank TV.
The band have self produced all of their music to date and have finished tracking their new album which will be mixed by Will Putney (Suicide Silence, Trivium) and released through Siege Of Amida Records this summer. With touring plans in the works and the hardworking ethics that are rooted deep in the fabric of the band expect them to be laying waste to venues near you in 2012
